Bioinformatics Research Associate PhD – full-time or part-time

Postdoctoral fellows

We are currently recruiting highly skilled and passionate Postdoctoral Fellows for multiple projects in the Canadian Pediatric Cancer Consortium. You will develop and lead a research project focusing on spatial and single cells proteomics in high-grade childhood brain tumors, sarcomas or infant leukemias. Other possible areas of research focus include plasma and extracellular vesicle proteome and immunopeptidome analysis with the goal to establish liquid biopsy testing for select pediatric malignancies.
